Ultrasone has rolled out its latest HFI-2400 headphones that will come with 40mm gold-plated drivers, accompanied by the company’s S-Logic technology which is touted to widen the perceived soundstage. MU Metal shielding is included to help reduce the amount of magnetic radiation by up to 98% compared to standard headphones. In addition, drivers built within come with 70 Ohm impedance and produce a frequency range of 10Hz – 25kHz, alongside a sound pressure level of 94dB. You can place a pre-order for $295 per pair, with shipping expected to commence sometime later this month or in November. Each purchase will come with a removable 3m cable with a 6.3mm gold-plated stereo plug, an Ultrasone demo CD and a velvet carrying bag.
