We’ve no idea if this is Intel’s unwanted future for the seemingly unwanted Mobile Internet Device, but only a few months after seeing Clarion’s frequently discounted MiND popping up in Nissan’s Cube, the very same MID has now found a seat within Mitsubishi’s famously adorable i MiEV. Here at CEATEC, the Intel-branded whip was proudly shown with a MiND-based infotainment system, and while we can’t promise that any of these zero-emission vehicles will ever hit dealerships with an Intel Inside sticker just beneath the VIN number, we can say that it wouldn’t surprise us in the least. The MID seems to be a solid fit for a GPS / multimedia system within a cute, commuter-centric car such as this, and being that it’s removable, the fun doesn’t have to stop when the drive does. Has the MID finally found its calling, or is the search to be loved still on?

I must say that my determination to acquire a Palm Pixi with Sprint support was both a rational and emotional a single. I suggest, the Palm Pixi is beautiful and functional. And coupled while using program quality of Sprint, it would seem practically nothing short of the revolution from the producing. I believe that Palm and Sprint have (almost) hit it off famously. I did a great deal of analysis just before acquiring the Pixi but overlooked at minimum one particular point. The Pixi will not, yet, permit me synchronize my e-mails in between it and Outlook. As far as I’m concerned, that is a drawback I am facing unless Palm comes up having a remedy swiftly. With my previous SmartPhone running a Windows OS, it was a snap to synchronize e-mails as well as other information with one’s Computer. But Pixi’s inability to complete so is creating lifestyle a little tough for me due to the fact I’ve to Bcc every e-mail, I send out, to my e-mail address after which manually transfer it for the ’sent’ folder in Outlook. I hope Palm, or at minimum a third-party, will appear up which has a remedy very soon that can simply let me synchronize all my e-mails, and ideally all necessary information, involving the Pixi and my office Computer.
