Fujitsu figured that it’s annoying to many customers to know that they are getting into a never-ending cycle of computer upgrades. And their solution is called Lifebook4Life, a program that works as follow:
You buy a Fujitsu LifeBook laptop and the 3-yr warranty to get into the program. From there Fujitsu will give you a new laptop that’s worth what you paid for yours plus 10%, to offset the inflation.
Apparently, this deal is only good until March 2009, and is valid only in the UK. I encourage you to read the fine prints to see if you have to upgrade your computer (HDD, Memory) using Fujitsu’s store. It’s probably better to buy a fully-loaded machine in this case.
Laptop for life, anyone?
